This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in carpentry while gaining hands-on experience in the field.Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you will support daily job site activities, develop technical skills, and contribute to projects ranging from renovations to new builds. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with general carpentry tasks on residential job sites</li><li>Support project setup, material handling, and site organization</li><li>Follow direction from lead carpenters and supervisors</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and local building requirements</li><li>Use and care for tools and equipment properly</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Some experience in construction or remodeling is an asset, but not required</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction in a team setting</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliable attendance</li><li>Basic understanding of job site safety practices</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean record preferred</li><li>Access to dependable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Hourly pay: $19.00 - $21.50, depending on experience</li><li>Paid time off including vacation and holidays</li><li>Health and dental coverage</li></ul>
